JMHVS-1000-XYZ全自动精密显微硬度计图像测量系统采用一体式概念研发的维氏硬度测量系统，机头下压式全新设计，主要用于各种金属及部分非金属材料的显微维氏硬度测定，能够对各种零件（机加工件、锻件、铸铁、铸钢件等）、有色金属及热后处理零件等进行硬度的测定，同时适用于有效硬化层深度、涂镀层及焊接件的热影响部位测定。还可用于各种金属零件内部金相组织的观察及对图像进行采集、显示及输出打印。适用于测量工件的硬度梯度分布曲线及测量热处理后齿轮的表面硬度，有效硬化层深度

功能介绍

XYZ样品移动控制: 系统提供XY电动移动样品台和Z轴控制；可用软件控制也可手动调节；XY可同时运动；XYZ可用键盘方向键微调精确到位

加载模式和路径设置: 系统提供多种加载模式包括沿线、沿边缘角度、沿曲线边缘角度等；加载点坐标可任意设置

自动边缘扫描: 沿样品边缘自动扫描并自动找到拐点如齿顶齿根等

自动加载、调焦和测量：系统按设定的加载模式多点自动加载、自动调焦和自动测量,并自动绘制硬化曲线；一键完成

硬度值转换、修正、有效验证: 系统可将测得的显微维氏硬度值转换成其它硬度值如HB、HR等；可对球面圆柱面样品测量值进行修正；可对样品测量值进行有效验证

Main Functions

1.    Motorized XY Sample Stage: System provides motorized XY sample stage, with XY stage table dimensions 110mmX110mm, travel lengths 50mmX50mm, and position precision 2 µm as standard. Dimensions and travel lengths can be customized.

2.    Camera: USB 2.0 CMOS camera, 1.3M pixels as standard. Higher resolution can be optional.

3.    Test Load Pattern and Path Setup: Sets up test load paths with various patterns such as line, line set, arc, gear top parallel, gear center, and matrices etc;

4.    Automatic Sample Boundary Scan: Automatically scans the sample boundary to have the sample overview image which is necessary in many test cases to set up test load paths;

5.    Auto-focus (with Z motor only) : Automatically raise/lower sample stage to focus in camera;

6.    Total Automation: With single click of a button, system starts automatic test and measurement process in indentation, auto-focusing(with Z motor only), measurement, and hardness curve plotting;

7.    Conversion, compensation, and validation: Converts HV to other hardness scales, simultaneously；Validates the test results with sample dimensions; Compensates the test results with respect to sample cylindrical/spherical diameters;

8.    Statistics: Automatically updates the statistical values such as average, min and max, standard deviation,Cp and Cpk;

9.    Auto-alarm: Automatically marks the out of spec measurements;

10. Test report: Automatically generates WORD or EXCEL report with customizable template;

11. Data archiving: Measurement data and images can be saved in one file for later processing;

12. Knoop Scale: Can be configured for Knoop Scale measurement;

13. Fracture Toughness: Can be configured for Fracture Toughness measurement by indentation;
