    AMG-1型光谱砂带磨样机在试样制样过程中，试样磨平是光谱测量前必不可缺少的重要工序。全封闭不锈钢组成的砂带机,砂带带有水箱，在磨样过程中，把污物带下水中，使工作不会有污物在空气中。
    光谱砂带磨样机的工作原理：电机主轴上安装带橡胶的大滚筒，带动经砂带连接的从动小滚筒，在电机的驱动下砂带作直线运动，将磨放在砂带上即可进行试样的磨削以满足光谱测量对试样的要求。
